Challenges

The client faced the challenge of training and certifying a large network of its sales workforce who are instrumental in the promotion of its renewable energy solutions. Traditional techniques of managing and tracking the team member progress were inefficient and time-consuming, making it difficult to guarantee consistent training standards and performance monitoring. Othware developed the companies Learning Management system, a centralised platform that streamlined the entire training process of the sales persons. The platform provided a cohesive space for delivering training modules, tracking progress, and issuing certifications, all while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. This platform made it easier for the company to manage training and make sure that their sales persons received standardised, high-quality instruction across the board. Other important marketing materials are distributed via this platform too.
